OBITUARY NOTICE The NEW ORDER has just received word that National Socialist old fighter Alan Welch passed away of natural causes about six weeks ago. He was 90 years old. Comrade Welch is pictured here, standing to the right of American Nazi Party Commander George Lincoln Rockwell. (To the left is Matt Koehl). Welch was an early follower of Commander Rockwell. In the mid-1960s he served as the party's deputy commander, and he was a Lt. Col. in the Stormtroops, the party's activist & self-defense arm.
