Movement History In 1976, Arthur Jones of the National Socialist White People's Party, ran for mayor of Milwaukee, WI, campaigning as an open National Socialist. It was the first time that an NS candidate had stood for office in that city. In the general election in November, White Man Jones received 4,294 votes, which was 5.4% of the total.
