Italy: Swastika and the SS Secure Free Work for Parasitic Jews Based graffiti appeared Oct. 30 on the headquarters of the Santa Lucia District, on Via Isonzo in Syracuse. On the building's perimeter wall, next to the library entrance, the words "Arbeit frei" ("Free Work"), accompanied by the letters "SS" and a swastika.
