#NewHampshire makes getting a medical exemption to school vaccine mandates more accessible by allowing an advanced practice registered nurse or physician associate to write it. This is an expansion of existing law that only allows a licensed physician to write a medical exemption for a child. SB 453 goes in effect on 8/31/2026 - just in time for back to school.
