On QDrop formatting for the Group: Lots of new members want to post drops to the group, but few are taking the time to realize how we post them here, or even why we do. To be clear, anyone can post a drop, but anything posted without the formatting is removed from the group to minimize clutter. The drop will be posted in the correct format by someone, usually within 5-15 mins of them actually dropping. The formula for posting QDrops here consists of 4 hashtags, and screencaps of the drops (either from an established aggregator, or from the boards itself), with any relevant links/screencaps attached. It generally looks like: #QDrop [fill in the number here] [Relevant links go here] #NewQ #QAnon #GreatAwakening The reason we use this format is to help with search functions and visibility. For instance, if someone wants to go back to a particular drop and view the discussion underneath it, all they have to do is click the "QDrop" hashtag, and then sift through for the specific number. This also helps to minimize overlaps in posting: ie, we don't need 50 people posting the same drop at once. Someone can see what drop was posted last with a click, and pick up from there. Some overlap will naturally occur, and that is fine. I'll also note here that you can't mix pictures and videos on Gab posts, so if you want to post a video from a drop for archival purposes, just write something like: Video from #QDrop [number] You are also free to post drops with your own commentary attached - but it must be substantive content or editorial-style explanation. @LisaMei62 often does this, and is a good example of how to do this. It shouldn't just be reactionary cheering, but something that offers actual, tangible value to the reader. Really, this all is about keeping things moving smoothly for this group. The more we work together, the less clutter, less mess, and more info we can process. We are striving to be a well oiled machine, a phalanx that marches and moves as one, in order to disseminate information rapidly and effectively. Thank you for contributions to this movement.
