I mean, come on... The report was published by "Typhoon Investigations." You know, I didn't say anything because I thought the implication was so obvious, everyone would get it right off the bat, and I didn't need to say anything. But COME ON. Typhoon Investigations = Storm. Storm = Q group. This "intelligence report" came from POTUS and Military Intelligence, and was given a fake source to obfuscate it. "Martin Aspen" is probably some kind of inside joke, too, but I haven't quite figured out that bit, yet. I mean.... hecc, I didn't think I had to spell all this out because it was obvious, but...
