Happy Father’s Day to my hero, my Dad, Marshall W. Hopkins. ⚓🌹🇨🇦 A proud Caper, master bricklayer, quick wit, and devoted gardener of his precious roses, Dad fought for Canada in WWII. For six years, he served as a Signal-person aboard Canadian battleships protecting British merchant ships, in the cold Atlantic Ocean, sending Morse code across the waves.
