Proving Vote Fraud: Michigan 2016 Facts (pt. 3) I'm going to quote extensively from Wikipedia, and trim it down to the key points: Stein filed for a manual recount in Michigan on November 30, paying the $973,250 fee required for filing. The recount policy in Michigan is to count every ballot manually. A manual count is required because the machines used to vote have no audit trail features. Despite the money raised by Stein, Ruth Johnson, the Michigan Secretary of State, said that the recounting process might require up to $4 million of Michigan taxpayers' money. Shortly after midnight on December 5, U.S. District Judge Mark A. Goldsmith ordered the recount in Michigan to begin at 12:00pm that day, bypassing a normally required waiting period of two days that would have caused the recount to begin on December On December 6, the Michigan Court of Appeals declared that Stein had no standing to seek a recount because she finished fourth in the election, garnering 1% of the vote, and therefore did not qualify as an "aggrieved" candidate under state law. (That's not going to be the case for Trump 2020 - N.) Prior to the halt of the recount, 3,047 precincts across 22 of Michigan's 83 counties had completed their recounts, which resulted in a net gain of 102 votes for Hillary Clinton.[63][64] Additionally, 59 percent of precincts in Detroit were ineligible for recount, as the number of ballots stored in containers in case of a recount did not match tallies given by voting machine printout reports. (What I've referred to as the first test, or the "checksum" in my two earlier posts.) Now look at this proportionally sized map of Michigan in 2016 - and imagine the "Wayne County" box reduced by 59%. That's what the 2016 recount would have yielded, a runaway huge win for Trump if the cheating precincts were excluded. The Dems fully understand this. They were counting on capitulation. Trump should not capitulate, but demand full recounts in all the cheating states. No special X-ray ink on ballots is needed to prove cheating, just simple recount process will do wonders in terms of revealing cheating. TLDR: Michigan recount in 2016 invalidated votes from 60% of Detroit, and likely will again, guaranteeing a Trump win in Michigan. @Matt_Bracken @NeonRevolt
