Part 1 of 2 DJT says he wants us to have more babies! Here are a few reasons why there is something terribly wrong with that picture: The overwhelming financial burden: Young people today are struggling with financial realities that have prevented the once natural transition from young adulthood, to procuring well paying jobs, to marrying and establishing a traditional nuclear family. Our corrupt government has allowed the purchasing power of our currency to plummet to the extent that what took $22 to buy an ounce of gold in the 1930’s now takes over $4000 to purchase that same ounce. The current marketplace exactly reflects that plummet in the dollar’s purchasing power. For instance, a new 3bd. 2ba. 1620 sq.ft. tract house in Northridge, CA with a 2 car garage on .22 of an acre that cost less than $30K in 1959, now has an estimated market value of over $1.026 million dollars according to Realtor.com. A young family wanting to purchase that new house in 1959 and had 10% to put down would be paying $108 dollars per month for 30 years at 2.625% interest. That same young family purchasing that same, now 67 year old, house today would need $102,600 to make a 10% down payment and would be signing up for 30 years at $5,946 per month at 6.68% interest. Now add to that the cost of each child’s food, clothing, eventual cell phones, computers, cars, health insurance and college tuition, and now you’ve got two parents, each working two jobs and having to relinquish their “parenting” to a public school system and be content with “visiting” their kids in the evenings and on weekends. Subversive public education: The abject failure of “Goals 2000” in the 90’s, “No Child Left Behind” in the early 2000’s and “Common Core” starting in 2010 have resulted in the deliberate ‘dumbing down’ of our children’s education and with it has managed to place the United States somewhere near the bottom in the ranking of International Educational test scores. The 3 R’s as well as lessons in History have suffered the most. These fundamental core values which had traditionally been designed to educate as well as to provide preliminary preparation for entering the workplace with basic marketable skills have been replaced with lessons in sex education, exposure to fringe LGBTQ community values and most horrifically, influences deliberately designed to confuse the very young elementary school age children about their biologically determined genders… without the knowledge or consent of their parents. Those fortunate enough to have survived this cultural pogrom designed to destroy the family unit and with it the middle class, then went on to college where the attempt to further indoctrinate their malleable minds was taken over by a league of tenured “professors” determined to denigrate the notion of Capitalism while extolling the virtues of Socialism and Communism.
