This means my children, due in October, will be a minority in their own generation by 2032. India, Pakistan, and Nigeria are the three most common nations of origin for foreign-born mothers. We are substituting our young people with the populations of the third world. We cannot recover from this demographic revolution unless it is stopped and reversed, now. But why aren't British people having enough children, despite most saying they want two or more? The Financial Times blames smartphones. What about house prices? Do women hate men too much to form loving relationships? Is capitalism itself a contraceptive? Does the answer lie outside our liberal consumer lifestyles?
