Texas, the Polls Are Tight — We Must Act Now to Protect Our Kids and Biological Truth! Look at this image. On one side: James Talarico. On the other: Ken Paxton. Right now, recent polling averages show Talarico with a razor-thin lead — roughly 45.9% to Paxton’s 44.9% according to RealClearPolling. Multiple surveys in the last few weeks have the Democrat ahead by 1 to 4 points. This race is far closer than it should be in Texas, and that should alarm every parent and every voter who still believes in biological reality. Talarico has a documented record of rejecting basic facts. In 2021 he stated that “modern science recognizes that there are many more than two biological sexes — in fact, there are six.” He has also claimed “God is nonbinary.” These are not outdated slips. They reflect a worldview that denies the simple truth: there are two sexes, male and female. Rare intersex conditions do not create additional genders or erase biology. Paxton has spent years fighting the opposite battle — protecting children from experimental medical interventions, keeping biological males out of girls’ sports and spaces, and standing against the spread of gender ideology. That is the clear choice. Texas has never sent a senator to Washington who rejects biological sex. We cannot afford to start now.
