Illegal Immigrant Arrested Over Colorado Sheriff Deputy Hit-and-Run Colorado State Patrol arrested an illegal immigrant on suspicion of killing a deputy in a hit-and-run the day before, allegedly while under the influence of alcohol. Octavio Gonzalez-Garcia collided his van with Deputy Alexis Hein-Nutz’s motorcycle just after 10pm local time Monday, before fleeing the scene on foot. Cops later found what appeared to be a fake Green Card and Social Security documents in the van.
