Response to Sacramento Bee “reporter” (propaganda agent) Teresa Cliff’s article on me. https://www.sacbee.com/news/local/article288504877.html Dear Ms. Clift, I have read your perpetual misrepresentations and libels with astonishment, and I would like to address your latest occurrences in the article you recently published about my arrest. You blocked me on Twitter, so it’s obvious you are not in the habit of listening to anything I say. Like most people with your beliefs, you retreat into your safe space and try to cancel, delete, or block opposing opinions, with no rational reasons to do so. I do believe the First Amendment wasn’t for all speech; it wasn’t designed to protect profanity, lies, slander, or racial slurs, but our ideas of censorship differ radically. My ideas align with the original spirit of the First Amendment. No offense, but judging by your writing, it’s doubtful you know little to nothing about the Founders of America. You’ve likely been trained to think of them as racist White slave owners, and so it's little wonder you aren’t inclined to study them. Let us address your article, “ A man who routinely makes antisemitic, racist and sexist remarks during Sacramento City Council meetings was arrested Tuesday.” This is how you begin nearly every reference to me. I’m unsure if you’re Jewish or simply badly deceived into this kind of thinking that no criticism of legitimate wrongdoing of Jews, women, or non-Whites is allowed. Malcolm X talked about this Jewish sensitiveness you routinely display in his autobiography. (See picture) “ Ryan Messano, who’s been speaking at the meetings for more than a year, attended the meeting Tuesday and turned in a speaker slip to the city clerk. After the council heard public comments on an item about fee increases, the clerk said there were no more public comments. Messano then stood in his chair and yelled that he had submitted a slip.” This leaves out the truth. I turned in a speaker slip, the clerk conspired to stop me from speaking, and the clerk lied when she said there were no more speaker slips. You are trying to cover this up because you are biased. You try to make me look bad by saying I “yelled.” The video clearly shows I spoke calmly and coolly. ““Nope,” Mayor Darrell Steinberg said. “Please sit down or we will ask you to leave... you cannot come up to the lectern if you continue disrupting the meeting we’re going to ask you to leave.”“ Here, you mostly stick to the facts but fail to provide background information, which is lying by omission. The Sacramento City Council has either interrupted me or permitted me to be interrupted on at least two dozen occasions. Using a restraining order to stop me from speaking is only their latest ruse. As the media, it is your job to defend the right to speak of every American citizen, not just those with whom you agree. Then, you fail to address that Steinberg is lying by saying I didn’t put in a speaker slip and lying again by saying that my asking to speak is “disrupting the meeting.” “Your filing a restraining order to stop my free speech is not gonna stop me,” Messano said from his chair, a police officer standing beside him. He approached the podium and repeated, saying, “It’s my turn to speak.” That’s exactly right; you ought to be speaking out against restrictions on free speech. Instead, you defend tyranny. A word you never use is tyranny. You’ll likely lose your job at the Bee if you tell the truth. Who owns the Sacramento Bee? Do you know? Do you know what their agenda is? “Three officers approached, placed handcuffs on him, and escorted him outside. They transported him to jail and charged him with “willful disobedience of a court order,” a misdemeanor, with bail set at $5,000.” Here, you lie by omission again, wittingly or unwittingly. First, why won’t you state that Assistant City Manager Leyne Milstein filed the restraining order? Second, why won’t you examine the restraining order allegations to see if they are valid? There are lies and inaccuracies in the restraining order as well. There hasn’t even been a hearing to grant the restraining order, and you are taking it for granted that it’s legitimate. But, on any topic that involves me, any critical thinker who reads the Bee, which likely isn’t many, can easily predict what your judgment will be. This was a gross violation of my First Amendment rights, and you not only don’t protest, YOU SUPPORT TYRANNY! “In addition to Sacramento City Council, Messano has made comments at Vallejo City Council, where he was removed from a meeting in 2018.” I find it interesting that you never reference my full remarks so readers can make their own judgments. Instead, you insist on shoving your poorly thought-out opinions on readers to try to influence them. The only news sources you view as credible are those with the same Cultural Marxist attitude as you have. “In May 2023, Messano told the Sacramento council: “Any white person in America is open game, but you’re not allowed to criticize non-whites and you’re not allowed to criticize other groups.” I’d like to see where you got that from. It is the spirit of what I’d say, and it’s perfectly fair to everyone but those with jaded views such as yourself. Anyone with half a brain can see that you aren’t allowed to criticize Jews, women, non-Whites, homosexuals, and transgenders, but you are allowed to criticize Whites. “Later that month he said: “Antisemitism used to mean someone who hates all Jews, now it means someone who is hated by Jew bankers,” Messano told the council May 15.” That’s precisely what I said, and the bankers own your paper and are attacking any criticism of them. You’re so blind you are repeating truths you don’t understand. “The comments prompted a large group of Sacramento Jewish leaders to denounce the comments in a news conference. It’s also prompted groups of people attending the meeting with large banners shouting over Messano when he speaks, leading to Steinberg to adjourn several meetings early or go into hourslong recesses.” Those are false leaders. None can debate; all will be pulverized in any fair and rational debate. They know it, and you know it. So you keep name-calling while tucking your tail and running from any meaningful dialogue. The “groups of people” you reference contained significant concentrations of Antifa thugs whom you, wittingly or unwittingly, unabashedly support in your blind partisanship. Steinberg adjourned meetings to interrupt my speech, which you enthusiastically support. How wicked! “Messano could not be immediately reached for comment for this story. He posted to his website in May 2023: “Let me be clear, I am not associated with Proud Boys, I am not a Nazi, I do not support any authoritarian government, and I support the rights of all people, races, and all religions. I have been viciously lied about, slandered, and libeled by the Jewish media.”” Why do you lie so much? You made no attempts to reach me whatsoever. My phone number is readily available. You have never spoken to me face-to-face or by phone in your entire life. It’s (707) 580-1849. “It’s not the first time the city has filed a restraining order against a person who was disrupting council meetings. City Manager Howard Chan and three council members in 2019 got a temporary restraining order against Alexander Clark, who in 2018 said from the podium: “I feel like if it was up to me, all y’all motherf------ would be dead.” Here, you use more straw man arguments, conflating my restraining order, WHICH YOU WON’T EVEN LIST THE CHARGES OR WHO FILED IT, with Mr. Clark, who used profanity and violent threats. But you have a hard time thinking clearly. I want to request that you allow me to give my version of events preceding the restraining order and that you stop libeling me with the cultural Marxist slurs you are fond of using, like “anti-semite,” “racist,” and “Sexist.” Further, since you’ve spent at least five hours writing about me, why don’t you call me and ask me questions for an hour, so you can be sure you understand me, instead of recklessly libeling me to the whole city, opening your newspaper to a libel lawsuit.
