Say you vaccinate...You're ALL for them. It's time for your baby to get their 12 month shots or their 18 month shots. You take them in. They're their normal, bouncing happy selves. Vaccines are administered...You head home. Your precious child sleeps forever and wakes up with a fever (all good..doctor said it's normal..You don't bat an eyelash. You give them Tylenol per doctor's orders). The next day, your child awakens with shrieks and inconsolable...doesn't look you in the eye...Doesn't respond to their name. You tell yourself they just took the shots hard. Days go by. Your child doesn't behave like they used to. You've noticed them start hitting themselves...Or stop talking/communicating like you KNOW they once were capable of. You're afraid now. You have no idea what happened. It COULDN'T BE THE VACCINES! The chances of damage are "basically 1 in a million!" You look for any reason why your amazing little one could have changed. All you can go back to, not only in your mind, but also your heart, is that the last day he/she was ok...was the morning of the vaccines. What now?! SO many people on my friends list have had this happen. So many countless others were VERY pro-vaccine before their lives and the lives of their child...their families were drastically and devastatingly changed forever. Some are doctors, nurses, and other medical personnel. Some are even chemists, and scientists!
