In Oregon, it’s no longer a crime to possess fewer than 2 grams of Methamphetamine. Oregon is the same state, which banned restaurants from offering plastic straws. Food for thought: When we did a cleanup in Salem, OR, we found needles — not straws. Are these laws helping?
