Rescue workers recovered the body of Kim Ha-soo on a mountain at around 7 a.m., along with a note apparently written by him, a police official said, without disclosing details. Kim had been booked on suspicion of receiving illegal funds from a public servant in exchange for a promotion during his time in office from 2022 until earlier this year.
