#GamerGate Index The origin and history of GamerGate has been intentionally covered up by both leftists and grifters. The left wants people to think it was some right-wing hate mob trying to keep women in the kitchen when they weren't busy being raped, and shills/grifters want to pretend it was only about "ethics in video game journalism" and being against "radical feminism". GamerGate was a storm that was gathering for a while. There were already many examples of corruption in video game "journalism", like when Jeff Gerstmann was fired from GameSpot for giving Kane & Lynch a less than glowing review, the pushing of LGBT elements in games and game articles, and the narratives of gamers being dumb sexists/racists pushed by these shill outlets. Even outside of gaming, there was DongleGate in 2013, a case where a Black woman started an online hate mob against two White guys because she overheard them making jokes about "dongles". She managed to get the men fired from their jobs over this, and it was a sign that all of tech was being taken over by anti-White, anti-male SJWs. Cracks started to form in the video game journalist dam in 2012, when (((Anita Sarkeesian))) launched her Kickstarter campaign on "Tropes vs. Women in Video Games". Anita was pushing the usual feminist crap about video games, and got major criticism for the usual feminist lies. As time went on, it would be revealed how she lied about playing video games, and there was reason to believe the whole thing was just a scam. Nevertheless, journalists, simps and white knights all came rushing to her defense. Two years later, the ex-boyfriend of Zoe Quinn, her birthname was (((Chelsea Van Valkenburg))), did a blog post on how Zoe was an abusive lover and included info on how she slept around with people in gaming journalism, which included men that gave her "games" stellar reviews. As this story was spreading, the grifter YouTuber Mundane Matt made a video on it, that Quinn herself had taken down, which poured more fuel on the growing fire. Between Anita and Zoe, plenty of gamers had enough and their outrage was reaching the mainstream. Hollywood actor Adam Baldwin, who was following the developing story, was the one that coined the name #GamerGate. The movement also revealed those who claimed to be "real gamers", "anti political correctness" or "consumer advocates" to be liberal shills, such as Angry Joe, Jim Sterling, Yahtzee Croshaw, Arin Hanson (Egoraptor), and others that denounced the movement without ever addressing the reasons why it started in the first place. Showing that they put their liberal politics ahead of everything. When it came to the case of GameSpot and Kane & Lynch, said figures had no problem calling out the issues in journalism, but when it came to these women and feminism, they all toed the leftist line. Strangely enough, even 4chan would ban threads users created to discuss GamerGate. Recently it has come to light that Jeffery Epstein had ties to the owner of 4chan, Moot, at this time, and Moot was looking to sell the site. The censorship around GamerGate pushed people to another fed honeypot: 8chan. 8chan is a whole other can of worms, one of the developers of it was Josh Moon of Kiwi Farms. Countless shills and grifters jumped on the movement to control the narrative and make money off of it. The likes of Mundane Matt, Ethan Ralph, Sargon of Akkad (Carl Benjamin), ShortFatOtaku, Thunderf00t, ArmoredSkeptic, Shoe0nHead, the Honey Badgers, Computing Forever (Dave Cullen), Vee, Jordan Owen and Davis Aurini (Sarkeesian Effect filmmakers), JEWISH feminist Christina Hoff Sommers and JEWISH pedophile/porn star Mercedes Carrera all grifted off of GamerGate. Disgusted with the direction the movement was going, Internet Aristocrat (Jim, known today as Mister Metokur) left the movement and would be proven right about those that were milking GG for their own ends. However, in time, Jim himself would become a total sellout. I guess having a Chinese slut wife didn't help anything (who also grifted off of the outrage over Anita). Not long after the peak of GamerGate, many of those that grifted off of GG, such as MrRepzion and Chris Ray Gun have either denounced GamerGate or right-wing politics in general. Many of those that jumped on GG were not actually anti-liberal or right-wing, just temporarily embarrassed liberals or libertarians. Today, GG is used as a boogeyman on the left, and "anti-woke" grifters bring it up to act as if they'll ever have the reach GamerGate did. The real lesson to learn from GamerGate is not only will the mainstream smear and attack you for trying to fight the system, but the worse enemy are those that claim to be on your side. Those that claim to have the same values and goals as you, only to slide a knife in your back the moment your guard is down. There are too many events and figures related to GG to cover in one post.
