I have a confession to make, and it's something I confessed to some friends at the surprise birthday party my incredible wife threw for me last night -- when the topic inevitably turned to politics. I am having a very hard time just forgetting all the Hell we were just put through as a people, and an even harder time seeing how many are willing to do so for whatever reasons. I'm making very good money in this business for really the first time, but apparently I am still not making enough to just forget all the heartache, anguish, death, isolation, bankruptcy, loss of income, substance abuse, depression, myocarditis, sudden death, mandates, court martials, dishonorable discharges, poisonings, experimentations, chokings, inflation, psyops, and the like that piled as high as Kilimanjaro in my inbox day after day after day after day during that time. Some of which I'm still told about within my audience as the aftermath has not completely subsided. I'm having a hard time processing emotionally how so many are just so willing to move on, or forget altogether, while never asking for real accountability, acknowledgement, or the least bit remorse from all those who took part in it. And that emotion is spilling over into my show at times. I do my best to see things as objectively as I can through my worldview, but I am truly struggling to let this go without any justice whatsoever.
