Why won't the old government give the new President of the United States any sensitive intel or information he needs to start being president? Maybe its because zero states have certified their counts, or that legal challenges to the result are in full swing, or that the FBI is investigating multiple cases of voter fraud. Or maybe it's just because Joe Biden will NEVER be President.
