It is a $10k fine if you have someone's personal information face up on a desk or leave a copy of their driver's license face up for others to see. I have been pulled over more than 26 times since 2006 & have not received a ticket even after I told officers that I had a right to drive & showed alternative ID. They do not have jurisdiction over me. Officers have thrown my ID in my face & just sped off. So I have not been asked by police for my ID when I get stopped or SWATTED since, & that includes when there wasn't enough room to get out of my apartment there were so many FBI & Salem NH PD. Without a hearing or evaluation they a professional medical assessment that I am mentally ill, can't legally own firearms, & have no right to Free Speech without a proper hearing. I said unless they had probable cause that a Felony was being committed, & if they don't have warrant, go away. They did & I wasn't arrested. When I was taking out $700 to pay my $324 per month storage fee Officer Jamers & another Officer were pointing their guns at me in my 2001 VW diesel bug. My hands were left on steering wheel as Officer Jamers had his finger actually on the trigger with a grimacing look. So they stole all my stuff out of my storage I had paid for 3:decades to store & contains 2:metal file cabinets containing 40 bundles of 1000 $100,000 US Gold Certificate Federal Reserve Notes of the $50 Billion I stoke fair & square from a Rabbi in Longmeadow MA in 1968. Derry NH Police left me 2 voicemails in February 16, 2023 to come turn myself in for Felony Forgery & theft of services for a $100 Bill that Wendy Sweet checked for being real. It can't be real, then declares not real. I was given 2'receiots. So I was paid in full when they stole my 4 Billion dollars & all my stuff. I looked up the statute on Forgery & called the Governor's Office & NH Legislature meaning I could not be arrested because that would be co mingling of branches of government to Felony Arrest me.
