FASCIST SWITZERLAND - Inauguration of the fascist monument in Giornico, 1937. It has the word DUCE written on it. The character has flat feet. Many military personnel from the academies attended the inauguration. The event was official in nature. Ironically, the battle commemorates the struggle for independence of the Ticino and Swiss from the Duchy of Milan, Italy. 20-ton statue
