Léon Degrelle and Otto Skorzeny At the end of the 1950s, most likely in La Carlina, Léon Degrelle was photographed in uniform with his friend, Standartenführer (Colonel) Otto Skorzeny. The wedding in Madrid of Léon Degrelle's youngest daughter, Marie-Christine, to a young Galician lawyer on October 9, 1969, was once again the subject of media hype.
