#LAW, #CONTRACTS, #TRUSTS, Been busy doing deep research on the laws surrounding contracts and Trusts, both Private and public (government). It takes a lot of time to view the number of videos and to verify what they show. Just as with "Search Engines", the really good "stuff" is often at or near the end! Perhaps an hour or more into a given video. While watching one such video, about 2 thirds in this was revealed., something that one might have thought to be obvious but clearly missed. 1. Most "Cars and Trucks" are "registered with the area DMV, who them provides people with a "Certificate of Title". LAW dictates that the "holder" of the "Certificate" is NOT the actual owner but in FACT the DMV is the actual owner. To look at it clearly, People have a "Company Car" to use but NOT own. Now this is the best part, since people are using a "Company Car" ALL costs incurred, such as Gas, Tolls, Maintenance and such, MUST be reimbursed by the "Company". aka. "DMV"! Now some have found out abut this and are sending Monthly or Yearly "Bills" to be reimbursed in a number of States! More on who as that information becomes available! If reimbursement is ignored or refused, people have recourse under a claim of FRAUD as well as more (to be shared as discovered)! The same can also be said of "Home Ownership"! Look at "The Certificate of Title". Just as with a "car", the "Home Title" has people listed as a "Tenant", making the "County Assessor" the "Landlord"! What is the responsibility of every "Landlord"? To PAY any and ALL Costs to run and Maintain that "Property"! e.g. Heating, Electric, Utilities, Repairs and such! Therefore, the "County" MUST also be sent a Monthly or Yearly BILL for reimbursement of those "COSTS" as well! As stated earlier, this is now being done in a number of states, details to be posted as discovered! Refusal to PAY or ignoring receipt can and should be seen as evidence of FRAUD! Examine earlier posts where "Notice of No Trespass" is posted as an example of how some have set a "Price" and "Payment Scheduled PLUS compounded Interest" on any and ALL unpaid balances! i.e. The more they ignore or delay payment, the higher the cost to them it becomes! Already did something similar in the 1980's and it does work for those who STAND THEIR GROUND! LOL
