Replace the word "democracy" with "Communism" since in ANY "democracy" there are NO "Rights", "Freedoms", "Property Rights" of any kind that can not be taken away by the "majority" (that would be the majority that is in power)! ONLY "Privileges" that can be taken always at any time! America was "designed" to be a "Constitutional Republic" with a "Free Market Economy"! Not a "democracy" Not "Socialist" Not "Communist" Not "Capitalist" And certainly NOT for its people to be "Subjects" of any agency or "Jurisdiction" of government! To be "Subject to the Jurisdiction" requires Informed (written) Consent, absent any form of coercion or duress! Nearly every document and application form by government can be found to be an object and instrument of FRAUD! No matter what nation it is that has been subject to examination in the past and to this day!
