#LAW, #PROPERTY, #TAXES, Something someone else posted with additional comments for those who know how to do math; posted by Chris Hancock: Property taxes: I did not write this, but it was posted locally. "A CITIZEN'S RIGHTEOUS TESTIMONY I'm being'taxed’ on money I never made. Let that sink in. I bought my property outright for $60,000 in 2015. Now the county says it’s worth $246,000. Did I sell it? No. Did I make a profit? No. Did I get a check for $246,000? No. But my taxes jumped like I did. That's the problem. This isn’t income. This isn't cash. This is a number someone decided on paper - and now I'm being billed for it. If my stock portfolio doubles, I don't pay taxes until I sell. If my income doesn't increase, I don’t magically owe more income tax. So why does owning a home work differently? Why am I being taxed on unrealized gains? A house isn’t just an investment — it’s where people live. Where someone lives is what is called a Necessity. The opposite of a Necessity is known as a Luxury, optional, extra, unimportant, nonessential, not required! As a matter of LAW, Necessities are deemed to NOT be Taxable, much like breathing! The government is not required to supply necessities such as basic rights. Governments simply need to stop taking, taxing and regulating them much like the RIGHT to Worship. Government is NOT required to supply BIBLES and Churches. Government is simply prohibited from TAXING and Regulating the Practice of Religions which do not cause harm nor injury to its members or others. i.e. Human Scarifies are prohibited! And this system means you can do everything right, pay off your home, and still get squeezed harder every year because of a number you never turned into money. You don't truly own something if you can be taxed out of it. This isn't about “services” or “inflation.” It's about being charged for value you never received And people are starting to notice.” Share Share Share this needs to be on everyone's mind After considering all of that, the next thing to consider is: If one has a Home "Valued" at $100,000.00 and is paying taxes of $5,000.00 each year. In only 20 years they will have paid enough in Taxes to be equal to the total value of that house and after those 20 Years will continue to pay far beyond the value of their house! That would not include the additional Interest and maintenance expenses incurred each year it is "Owned". The unanswered question to be answered is, WHO is the true owner of the house? If it is the government, then it is the government that has to pay for every expense. If YOU are the true owner, then the government is strictly prohibited from taxing, regulating or trespassing on YOUR PROPERTY! For the government to do otherwise would be practicing, but not limited to, Socialism, Communism or Fascism! One never should "TELL" the government what their rights are. One must always ASK questions which expose how the government is violating your RIGHTS! Because,"Everything and anything they say, can and will be used against them!"
