OH LOOKIE. The class action lawsuit payment finally arrived all these years later. Its a whole fkn $200 and some, for a machine that cost me $2000 out of pocket and thats only if a #DOCTOR RX's YOU up here in chinada formerly canada. PRETTY SURE I detailed the #cancer causing issue of many many of the #Philips brand #CPAPs and other sleep devices, years ago here on Gab. Encouraged ppl around the world to sign to sue, being the health hazard problem was common to EVERYONE around the world. Also, I very much recall sharing the great #Australian Tuber who posted how to remove the cancer causing foam your self, instead of waiting YEARS for Philips to get off its ass and replace yours with one new clean non cancerous and for free. That instructional vid came a BIT LATE FOR ME having already spent years breathing that shit in unknowingly, but went ahead and expertly dismantled, removed AND SCOURED THE FUCK out of my CPAP. There arent any molecules of that shit in there now, I was already sleep struggling for the year and half, after obeying the Philips and the Lawyers said DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THE MACHINE. I had to fkn deal with it myself asap and get back to GOOD SLEEP BTW, I registered my machine with Philips, was assigned a machine issue serial, and was NEVER AGAIN CONTACTED BY PHILIPS SO FKUPHILIPS. WHERE IS THE NEW FRESH NON CANCEROUS REPLACEMENT!! Ozzies were a year or two ahead in getting replacements, dunno of anyone in chinada getting one. A good number of #Ozzies apparently got refurbished, used, and otherwisee CRAP CPAPS!. And, with the same canerous foam in them. Holylivnfknsht. Try checking back on their website for response... you get 'case closed, window opportunity over' messaging. Hence my joining the lawsuit. The lawyers sued for many many tens of millions of dollars 'on behalf of' and won partial settlement. YOU WOULD THINK those of us like me, who were unknowingly unwittingly exposed to the black foam cancer shedding, WOULD GET THE MOST COMPENSATION on the sliding scale of ownership based on date of purchase, given we have sadly gotten the MOST EXPOSURE to the cancer than the newer owners. But nope. Doesnt work that way. Lawyers figure those who bought their machines in the year or so just before the final ADMISSION BY PHILIPS that they knew they had a problem for years and DID NOT CORRECT IT, should be the ones who get 100% refund via lawsuit. Longer you owned a Philips, the less money you get for your HEALTH COMPENSATION. Gee thanks, fucking douchebag lawyers, WAY TO GO making most likely to get cancer, be the ppl who get the least... when we might be facing some steep medical bills if the dice roll wrong for us. Meanwhile out of those megamillions, OF COURSE the #lawyers also take away the huge majority that was ruled. This fucking world is full of disgusting pigs and greedy #deathmongers. It sickens me. When the other cancers and things I never knew I was exposed to, arent sickening me AS WELL of course...
