Start rolling these bastards up and stacking them like cordwood in overcrowded prison cells. Simply threatening a federal law enforcement officer is a crime under 18 USC § 115, and punishable by up to 10 years in prison. If any physical harm results, the perp could be looking at 30 years or more depending on the severity of the injuries, or if death results.
