The Authority of Citizens to Convene a Grand Jury Still Exists A Living Common-Law Right That Cannot Be Repealed While this video addresses #Canada's Right of "THE PEOPLE" to convene a "Grand Jury," Americans have the VERY SAME RIGHTS UNDER COMMON LAW! #SCOTUS has even ruled that THE PEOPLE have the ultimate authority to convene a grand jury for the purposes of INDICTING GOVERNMENT CRIMINALS because everyone KNOWS that government will not "Indict itself." American "Prosecutors" certainly won't indict their buddies, the #Police! Matter of fact, PROSECUTORS are often the people who NEED TO BE INDICTED! Americans MUST REALIZE they do not NEED federal prosecutors to indict government criminals! THEY HOLD THE ULTIMATE AUTHORITY TO DO SO!!! Now, they just need to USE IT!!! While it's true a federal prosecutor must prosecute the case...... It's THE PEOPLE who have the authority to INDICT THEM, which will FORCE THE PROSECUTOR TO PROSECUTE THEM!!! And if they purposefully drop the ball...... Maybe they need to be indicted as well! It's time to STOP TOLERATING OUR CRIMINAL GOVERNMENT!!!
