A real Virginia good ol' boy, Ibrahim E. Bouaichi, was let out of jail due to Covid, where he was being held on rape charges. He got out and killed his accuser. The victim was later identified as Karla Elizabeth Dominguez Gonzalez. If we had sensible immigration policies, Ibrahim E.
