Barr is a White Hat. He pushed aside the Obama creep who was gatekeeping all prosecution of electoral fraud. The guy (Richard Pilger) is now in a "non-supervisory position" a la post-exposure McCabe. Buckle up. Some of the feds (DOJ & FBI) will be out taking down fraud. The rest of them (Dodge & Fib) will be out covering it up and intimidating witnesses.
