Governor Gavin Newsom has been AWOL from California for months as he runs for president — without ever declaring to run for president. He just wants to travel to other states, so taxpayers have to foot the bill.  Money back in your pocket? California has the highest state tax rate and highest cost of living in America. And the highest gas prices. Defend democracy?
