This is my FAV TIP to really open a hooded, deep set or mature eye… 1) Grab a liner: a liquid liner is perfect… 2) Keep eye open and draw a wing on the outer crease that is visible when eye OPEN 3) Then close the eye and connect 4) Open the eye and WHOA!!! YOU CAN SEE YOUR LINER!!! Few more reels coming on this but in the meantime get a liquid liner to start practicing … Post questions as always!
