If you want to know why our product isn't further along it's because of days like this where we have a core infrastructure provider that randomly drops us out of the blue with no warning, no time given to transition, etc. So we have to drop everything we are doing and fix it. Every time we get no-platformed this is what has to happen behind the scenes.
