Feast: 10 September Knowledge Saints Who Display Gifts of the Holy Spirit 🕊️ Pulcheria was the daughter of Emperor Flavius Arcadius 🤴 , who ruled the eastern half of the Roman Empire. A rule more in name than in fact, Pulcheria's father was pushed around by battling advisers and his own wife, Eudoxia. He thus became embroiled in a conflict with Saint John Chrysostom, who criticized Eudoxia for her vanity and greed 💰 .
