(I have collected libraries of a variety of things the past 20+ years, many terabytes by now, and I NEVER use Cloud) US #Army SpecOps brags about being the best (they train the Rangers), BUT I always liked how #Russian #Systema just "goes with the natural movement of the body" and greatly enhances it, and I have done some BASIC Systema "exercises" inside my domicile many times in my 20s having a collection of Vladimir Vasilief instructor videos.
