Among these 5 are permanent members. The remaining 10 countries are elected every two years. These are temporary members with no veto power. Yesterday this election took place. A historic event occurred there. Do you know the reason? The Iran war and the current Gaza situation. European country Germany has been elected the most times as a temporary member of the Security Council. Because historically Germany has a great reputation for conducting good diplomatic activities across the entire world. Moreover after America Germany gives the most donations to the United Nations. That same Germany lost for the first time in history in yesterdays vote. Yet only three countries from Europe contested this election. Portugal Austria and Germany. Among them two countries would get seats. But Germany did not get a seat. Do you know why they lost. Let me explain the argument given by American geopolitics expert Trita Parsi rather than giving my own opinion. She said that because of Germanys shameless support for Israel in the Gaza issue countries did not vote for them. I clearly remember about a year and a half ago when Israel was live-streaming the flattening of an entire populated area in this 21st century. At that time Germanys chancellor came and said we feel you. Think about it. An entire populated area was being flattened and Germanys chancellor came and said this. He did not feel the children of Gaza. Did not feel the innocent women. Whom did he feel. Israel. Who is responsible for a genocide. So the Global South meaning underdeveloped or developing countries and the anti-imperialist African Latin American and Asian countries united and did not vote for Germany this time. They made it clear that what is happening in Iran we do not support either. Germanys defeat has shocked the imperialist countries of Europe and America. Now they too are realizing that the entire world is no longer with them. And Iran made this happen. I never imagined even once that Germany would be defeated among just three countries. Yet that is what happened. Portugal and Austria supported Iran from the beginning in this war. That is why they got votes. If Iran had not stood up this time Germany might have become a permanent UN member in a few more years. Let me inform you they have been trying to become a permanent member for a long time. However the UN no longer serves that purpose in that sense. But still in geopolitics yesterdays election and Germanys defeat is a message to Western countries that if they do not change their imperialist mindset the countries of Asia Africa and Latin America will unite and hold them accountable. I am ending todays piece with something that happened a couple of days ago. Israel announced that they would flatten the southern side of Beirut city in Lebanon and told everyone to flee their homes. Then what did we see. A drama produced by the White House. There Trump scolded Netanyahu on the phone. Trump even admitted this in an interview. Now they are saying that Israel stopped because Trump scolded them. Meaning Trump is trying to imply that Israel listens to me and I do not listen to Israel. Why was this drama staged. Because in America everyone is now saying who actually determines America's foreign policy. Trump or Netanyahu. Since they started the war in Iran listening to Israel which Foreign Secretary Rubio also admitted. Trump is under severe criticism in America itself for this. So this drama was staged to save face. Let me inform you that when Israel announced it would strike Beirut Iran immediately announced that everyone must evacuate from northern Israel as they would strike there. Netanyahu knows very well he does not have many interceptors left. So out of fear of Iran's strikes he did not strike Beirut. Yet Trump wanted to take credit for it. But Iranian newspapers blew the lid off this story and published it today. Iran is fighting on behalf of all anti-imperialist people of the entire world and the proof has been found in the fact that all anti-imperialist countries at the United Nations united and did not vote for Germany.
