The most shocking part of the entire thing is that the trooper caught it all on his dashboard camera – including footage of Jimenez dangerously zooming past a schoolbus loaded with kids. Luckily for Jimenez, he was busted in deep-blue Fairfax County and is likely close buds with the county's incompetent prosecutor, Steve Descano. Descano was recently raked over the coals by Republicans during a congressional hearing that looked at why Fairfax gives preferential treatment to illegal aliens who end up in the county's criminal justice system.
