ALL EYES ON MARICOPA COUNTY: Ballot Expert Jovan Hutton Pulitzer (the dude who invented the CRQ-code platform for scanning Q codes on your phone) Pulitzer says there is one very simple, fool proof way to check if mail in ballots are real or fake: All mail-in ballots are required to be inserted in the Cover Envelope, and go thru the MAIL or via a Drop Box. In order to do that they must be FOLDED before being inserted in the required cover envelope. ALL FOLDED printed material leaves a kinetic footprint mark on the paper itself and that kinetic mark can be scanned. If there are no kinetic marks on a 'mail-in' ballot…THE BALLOT DID NOT GO THROUGH THE MAIL or in a drop box and it is a FAKE BALLOT Don't just believe Bruno or the "Qcode" guy... @BarackObama HIMSELF demonstrated how to follow the ballot instructions, even posting a how -to live video of his OWN FOLDED, MAILED ballot.
