For the 5th consecutive month, BlackRock's ishares $SLV ETF removes 3 million oz of silver from their previously untouched NY vault on March 16th, dropping the total there from the original 103 million oz to now only 88 million oz. The suspected storage location for all that current 88 million oz (the JPM vault eligible pile in the Comex system) did register a withdrawal of 1.6 million oz on March 17th. Surely just a coincidence!
