#Ohio’s #HB🇺🇸492 is real and as bad as described. Once a driver is pulled over, passengers now face jail for refusing to hand over personal info, even if they did nothing wrong. The 4th Amendment demands probable cause of a crime with a victim, not an infraction. Terry v. Ohio was the wedge that opened this door. “Woe unto them that decree unrighteous decrees” (Isaiah 10:1).
