Well of course Biden shut it down. Biden did his "weather manipulation" on Florida, for #IAN, and he did it in Louisiana for #IDA... Biden, manipulated weather for #IDA, to make the storm SIT over NOLA and part of LA FOR HOURS, many HOURS longer than any HURRICANE.
