DOUBLESPEAK - 2020 EDITION 9.20.2020 . Progressive-Regimes (Cultural Marxists) exploit language in precisely the way Orwell predicted. Words are used to mislead and conceal - not clarify - and are twisted to designate the opposite of their true meanings. . This use of language is a form of propaganda - and this vocabulary propaganda is much more subtle and effective than content propaganda. Content propaganda misinforms about issues, but vocabulary propaganda interferes with the ability to think or talk about issues in a way that can lead to understanding or enable effective political organizing. . As Orwell predicted, this kind of propaganda makes language volatile. In his scenario, one might read in the morning paper about an action against an enemy, with no mention that the same folks were faithful allies as recently as yesterday's edition. . If we want to discuss the world situation with any kind of useful understanding, we need to explicitly decode the Progressive-Regime Doublespeak, and learn how to translate it into straight language. This is not an easy task, because the doublespeak process has, over time, warped political language to the point where it is nearly useless. . Following is my attempt to associate accurate meanings with some of the Progressive-Regime most topical phrases: . . Hate Speech: . To Progressive-Regime it is speech they hate to hear. You know... things like voting for Trump... supporting the second amendment... being pro-life... believing that there are two genders... that the ideal family is composed of a man, his wife, and their children... things like that. HATE SPEECH!!!!! Is it really a "hate speech" to love your country, your community, Christianity, your Race? . P.S. Progressive-Regime denotes anything they oppose as “hate speech” in order to try to censor it. Progressive-Regime is vehemently opposed to free speech. . Having said that: "THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS HATE SPEECH, THE US SUPREME COURT HAS RULED IN 2017" https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/volokh-conspiracy/wp/2017/06/19/supreme-court-unanimously-reaffirms-there-is-no-hate-speech-exception-to-the-first-amendment/ . . Democracy: government with a competitive party electoral system, in which Progressives/Cultural Marxists are able to exert effective influence; Note: unrelated to whether the government represents the people or supports their welfare. . If Progressives/Cultural Marxists interests are served, then no amount of popular unrest, nor vote rigging - not even civil war - will serve as credible evidence that a "democracy" is a sham. If Progressives/Cultural Marxists interests aren't served, no amount of civil accord, prosperity, and popular support qualifies the government as "democratic". . Genuine democracy must be judged by its responsiveness to the informed desires of the people, its success in promoting their welfare, and their satisfaction with its performance. The mechanisms used to attain a functional democracy can have many forms. The fake news media says only competitive political parties can deliver democracy, but don't believe it. . The record is clear that multi-party elections are no guarantee whatever of democratic process. Parties can be easily limited to those representing elite minority Progressives/Cultural Marxists interests. . . Fairness: when we hear noun “fairness” we think of being just, equitable, impartial, unprejudiced, unbiased, objective, dispassionate. These adjectives mean free from favoritism, self-interest, or preference in judgment. . When Progressive-Regime says "fairness" they think of taking as much as possible from people who they don't think are going to vote for them and giving it to people who may…. . . Capitalism: - The belief that every man should be able to keep the fruits of his own labor, without them being stolen by the government for re-distribution. . Progressive-Regime thinks of Capitalists as of a bunch of heartless thieving bloodsuckers whose hard made money should be confiscated by the government for re-distribution.. . . US Constitution: - Greatest document ever put to pen by man. . Progressive-Regime thinks of Constitution as a Manifesto of racist Indian murdering whites, written by a bunch of slave owning, money grubbing revolutionary terrorist. . Patriot: - One who loves his country and culture. . To Progressive-Regime a Patriot is; Bigot, Racist, Possible Terrorist . . Tolerance: - When a society permits a person to live his life as he sees fit, without fear of persecution. . To Progressive-Regime tolerance is forcing others to admit that progressive way of life is just great, and persecuting them if they believe differently. . .
