The German federal police have requested data from Gab to identify a German user who called the far left politician Ricarda Lang “fat.” She's abusing her power and trying to weaponize the legal system, because some called her fat. GAB refused. It's operating from U.S. and follows U.S. regulations (1st amendment). The CEO @BasedTorba Andrew Torba often shows similar requests from different EU countries.
