#ButlerPArally Well-known photos of Thomas Crooks were taken by the "local tactical team" who were apparantly running around inside both floors of the 2-story building searching for a window through which to see Crooks and photograph him. The Gateway Pundit may well be correct for one photo but the pic of him on his cell-phone seems to be from a different window at a lower angle. It seems that Crooks was inching his way toward the place he had stashed his rifle and was watching for any reaction from anyone as well as waiting until nobody was looking to make his final lunge to his rifle and then on to the roof.
