You can deport all the nonwhites and make everything instantly better, or... you can spend decades devising plausibly deniable byzantine laws to adapt to a low trust, swarthified society that subtly encourage nonwhites to leave of their own accord. (Option 2 relies on a lot of hopes and prayers, but at least cucked-out Whites can feel virtuous right up until the White race extinction event horizon.)
