If that's what Kavanaugh wrote or implied, then he's basically saying what all of us are thinking: that too much of our national policy is being foisted on the judiciary to decide. Which is correct, but also highlights the sheer unlikelihood of Congress legislating anything that directly benefits White America. Congress' inability to do its job is not so much the result of institutional inertia as it is the consequence of an upside-down judaized morality that prevents the passing of common sense legislation.
