The Flockenstein potential for totalitarian abuse FAR outweighs the benefits of catching a few nigs in a criminal act. Here's a thought. Instead of Mass Surveillance to reduce crime, how about Mass Whiteness? Nothing would improve the public space faster than removing 100 million nonwhites.
