Yes, too many Americans were sold on the lure of cheaper goods in exchange for gutted industrial towns and a frivolous service economy. It was a short-sighted deal that worked for a while....but now the chickens have come home to roost. The cheap goods are no longer cheap, and wages have not kept pace with cost of living. Everything is made in China, which continues to expand into the hegemon space formerly occupied by the US, and our GDP is myopically goosed by endless streams of cheap foreign scab labor, while the middle class falls down the socioeconomic ladder and the 1% clear the profits for themselves. The cherry on top is the 100 million strong nonwhite army that have overtaken White neighborhoods and immiserated Whites in their own land.
