That is not true. Or at least it is lacking any important context. Domestic violence rates are roughly the same between male and female perpetrators, but female victims tend to suffer more severe injuries because male perps are stronger. Women, because of their smaller physical size, tend to resort more often to manipulative, emotional abuse that doesn't make for splashy headlines. Beyond that correction, I have no clue what you're arguing here. Clancy murdered her kids. No one is arguing that men should have a monopoly on murdering their children, yet that appears to be what you are insinuating with your snarky man-hate. What you evade is the real story, which is not Clancy herself. It is the outpouring of female support for her that is opening a lot of men's eyes to the foul, blackened hearts of too many of our modernity-soaked women.
