Deliverance in the Nick of Time by Rolaant McKenzie Many of us have read about and seen stories of people being saved from dangerous situations at the precise moment before disaster strikes a fatal blow. Examples include a helicopter rescue of a family from the roof of a house moments before it is swept away by floodwaters or the timely arrival of reinforcements that prevent pinned-down soldiers from being overrun and slaughtered by enemy troops.
